According to the New York Post, the huge bash took place at the Queens Luxe Banquet Hall on Rockaway Blvd around 1:35 a.m. Saturday. NYC deputies said the party had a guest list of 215 people who were maskless and smoked hookah along with drinking and dancing. Although the catering hall was only allowed to host 45 people, the venue started to accept other guests who paid to have a good time. In addition to the violations, the catering hall also operated without a liquor license.

Owner Johnny Albuja,47, and his employee, Miguel Hernandez,49, were given five summonses for violating restriction orders, the unauthorized sale, and unlicensed warehousing of alcohol.
