The New York City Sheriff’s Office wrote in a tweet that their deputies had to shut down the underground swingers club called “Caligula” in Queens since the venue violated Gov. Cuomo’s emergency order for gatherings. Deputies told TMZ that they found three couples having sex in a small room and found a rate sheet that ranged from $30 to $500 depending on the couple’s time for some fun.
They charged the two organizers of the event and attendee Jennifer Hayes,47, with a misdemeanor, and manager Roy Bacoy,37, is expected to pay about $16,000 for violating the emergency order. Also, the club was operating without a liquor license.

Hayes told the New York Post that the venue was following social distancing guidelines and she didn’t witness any couples having sex. She plans to fight the violations.
“We were trying to do it safely, we were wearing masks, we just wanted to hear music, that’s all. We weren’t trying to put anyone in danger, we were maintaining our distance from other people.”
