Alexa, play Rihanna “B****, better have my money,” because Nicki Minaj is coming for her coins, okay! According to All Hip Hop, the “Hard White” rapper has filed a motion, requesting a default judgment in the $75,000 defamation lawsuit she filed against YouTuber, Nosey Heaux, for a number of slanderous statements she had made about Minaj and her family.

“[Minaj is] shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true,” the YouTuber, whose real name is Marley Green, said about Minaj in a video that had been widely spread on Twitter. “F—k, listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I — we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.” But it didn’t stop there because Green went on to make some horrid remarks about Minaj’s son, Papa Bear, saying that because the child’s father, Kenneth Petty, is a registered sex offender, their son “is going to be a rapist, too.”

In court documents obtained by All Hip Hop, Minaj’s lawyer, Judd Burstein, said that with Green failing to respond to the lawsuit, enough time has passed to request the court to grant a certificate of default. “Defendants have not answered or otherwise moved with respect to the complaint and the time for them to do so has expired,” Burstein stated. Before filing the lawsuit, Minaj had told her followers on Twitter that she’d be suing several outlets and YouTubers who have made derogatory and defamatory accusations about her over the last few years.

Before filing the lawsuit, Minaj had told her followers on Twitter that she’d be suing several outlets and YouTubers who have made derogatory and defamatory accusations about her over the last few years. She explained that while she hadn’t addressed most of the things that had been said about her — presumably because she’d been adjusting to motherhood and raising her son — Minaj made it clear that those who came for her character were bound to get sued.

In the case of Green, Burstein wrote in the filed legal docs, “The Defendants herein have outrageously defamed [Nicki Minaj] by posting a video on their Twitter page in which Defendant Marley Green, who goes by the name of ‘Nosey Heaux,’ falsely and maliciously stated that [Nicki Minaj] is a ‘cokehead’ who is ‘shoving all this cocaine up her nose.'”

“Further, evidencing a fundamental lack of decency, Green has also posted vile comments about [Nicki Minaj’s] one year-old son. While these comments are not actionable, they nonetheless demonstrate why punitive damages should be awarded in this case.”
