Nick Cannon is not putting much focus on whether his baby mothers get along with one another because what matters most to him is that he continues to share an amicable relationship with them. The Wild’ N Out star, who is currently expecting his eighth child with Bre Tiesi, appeared on The Big Tigger Morning Show, where he discussed how he manages to stay in close contact with his children’s mothers while regarding himself to be quite an impressive multi-tasker.
“I don’t keep no secrets [from them],” the 41-year-old said. “They know how I move. I multitask. They don’t have to [get along]. They all get along with me.” Nick, who was formerly married to Mariah Carey from 2008 to 2016, shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 11, with the Caution singer before going on to welcome Golden, 5, and Powerful, 1, with ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.
Another set of twins, Zion and Zillion, 11 months, were born in June 2021 with Abby De La Rosa, the same month he welcomed his son Zen, who died in December from brain cancer. Then, in January, Nick confirmed was indeed expecting another baby — but this time with model Bre, who was previously married to football quarterback Johnny Manziel from 2018 to 2021. When asked whether he had any plans to have more children after the arrival his next bundle of joy, the California native responded, “Isn’t there always [a chance]?”

“I just want to be the best father I can possibly be and lean into it. I embrace all my children. I love children. I didn’t set out [for this to happen]. … A lot of people have a lot of children as well and they kinda keep it quiet or they don’t talk about it. I lean into mine.”
His comment about balancing the relationship with his baby mothers comes just one week after Nick joked to E! News that he had arranged a vasectomy consultation to not “populate the Earth.” He insisted that while he never plans to expand his family, the former America’s Got Talent host expressed finding “solace,” “peace,” and “purpose” in his children, so if he were to have another baby, it would have purely been out of the love.
He then quipped, “I already went and got my vasectomy consultation. I ain’t looking to populate the Earth completely, but I’m definitely looking forward to taking care and loving all the children that I currently have.” Being a busy man like Nick, it was only natural to question him on how he planned to find time for all of his kids when he’s constantly on the road working.
And considering that his children aren’t all with the same woman, there’s plenty of traveling that will play into the mix of things, so how exactly does Nick make it work? “I do have the guilt of not having enough time to spend with all of my children, as we all do because we’re working and constantly going,” he shared.
“Especially right now when they’re younger. We was doing little league with my 5-year-old [Golden Cannon] this weekend. We got swim practice this week. I take my kids to school every morning. I FaceTime. Two weeks ago, [twins Moroccan and Monroe Cannon, 11] had their birthday party. We shut down Six Flags.”
