NFL star Stefon Diggs has filed an assault and extortion lawsuit against model and TV personality Mulan Hernandez; but she calls cap and provides receipts, alleging he assaulted her.
According to TMZ, superstar football player Stefon Diggs is suing his former fling Mulan Hernandez, accusing her of assaulting him, threatening to end his career, and attempting to extort millions of dollars out of him.
The Houston Texans receiver filed his suit this week against Hernandez, whom he had a “casual relationship” with for months. Diggs alleges that Hernandez showed up at his apartment around 6 a.m. on June 7, 2024. He claims after a night of partying, she “aggressively berated” him.
The NFL player continues to recall Hernandez walking into his gaming room and ignoring his requests to get out. Despite his attempts to avoid a fight, he claims she continued to sound off on him. Eventually, he claims she stopped cussing him out and began destroying his belongings.
She allegedly destroyed an expensive computer and a $130,000 watch. And as the cherry on top, he alleges she flushed his phone down the toilet. He also claims she punched him in the chest multiple times and told him, “You won’t be playing this year.” Subsequently, he deemed this as a threat to his professional football career. Diggs says he ultimately exited the home after Hernandez refused to leave.
Stefon Diggs Accuses Mulan Hernandez And Friend Of Extortion
Following the alleged blowout, Stefon Diggs claims he tried to keep his distance from Mulan Hernandez. After numerous attempts to shut her out, he alleges she then tried to begin extorting him. He alleges she got help from her friend, Brianna Mack, who was also present at his home during the alleged altercation.
Furthermore, Diggs’ lawsuit states Hernandez went to the hospital on the evening of June 7. He says she was treated for nausea and vomiting after falling on a wet kitchen floor. Diggs then states that on June 14, she visited another facility for the same issues after being “punched in the back of the head with a closed fist.” He also notes that leading up to the second doctor visit they had ceased contact.
Despite the alleged hospital visits, Stefon Diggs vehemently denies ever assaulting Mulan Hernandez. He claims if he made any physical contact with her, it was only out of self-defense. Since the alleged altercation, Diggs alleges Hernandez and Mack have tried to extort millions out of him and is now seeking a lawsuit to end the drama.
According to Digg’s lawsuit, he is suing both women for trespassing, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assisting or encouraging/aiding and abetting, and conspiracy. He’s also suing Hernandez for assault and conversion. Diggs is seeking monetary damages over $250,000, but no more than $1 million.
Mulan Hernandez Calls Cap On Stefon Diggs Assault And Extortion Lawsuit, Alleges He Assaulted Her
Following reports of Stefon Diggs’ assault and extortion lawsuit against Mulan Hernandez, she called cap on social media and shared receipts, accusing him of assaulting her. In an Instagram Post, she wrote:
“On June 7th, I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence in an incident that resulted in a concussion. Months later, when the mediation HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not pan out in his favor, I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt to try and get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me, especially in my time of healing. Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone and everything that is done in the dark will come to the light.”
