NFL Player Earl Thomas Held At Gunpoint By His Wife After He Was Caught Cheating

Baltimore Ravens player Earl Thomas was apparently held at gunpoint by his wife after she caught him in bed with another woman.

According to TMZ,  the incident occurred on April 13 when the Austin Police Department responded to a call about a disturbance at a home in Austin, Texas around 3:41 a.m. Officers reported that Nina Thomas held a knife in her hand and was chasing a shirtless Earl Thomas outside of the property.

“We observed that a black female wearing an orange sweater with a knife in her hand, later identified as Nina Thomas, was chasing a shirtless black male, later identified as Earl Thomas, with a pistol in his hand around a vehicle.”

Police ordered for the couple to drop their weapons and stay on the ground. Nina explained to police that Earl left their home earlier that day after an argument over his drink and his brother Seth came to pick him up. She went on Snapchat to track his location and discovered a video with Earl and another woman. Nina also pinpointed their location at a rented Airbnb rental home and asked two friends to accompany her during the confrontation then grabbed Earl’s 9mm Berreta to “scare him.”

Upon her arrival, Nina discovered the two brothers in bed with several women. She confessed to putting the weapon on Earl’s head believing she took the magazine out of the gun. Police say she was unaware the gun had a round in the chamber. One of the women who was caught with the Thomas brothers recorded Nina threatening everyone with a weapon.

Earl told police that she struck him in the face several times before he wrestled the gun away from her.

Nina and her accomplices were arrested and charged with burglary of a residence with the intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence. They have bonded out shortly after.

She is also ordered to stay 200 yards away from Earl and the woman he was caught in bed with.
