In October, the Arkansas State Medical Board suspended the medical license of Dr. David Diffine, a physician from Northeast Arkansas. New footage of the incident has been released and shows what led to his suspension.
An investigation was initiated fter a complainant provided the medical board with videos showing Diffine wandering around his Blytheville clinic without clothing. Records obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request reveal that the surveillance footage was captured in 2019 at Diffine Family Practice. The videos shows Diffine walking around without any clothes on.
One shocking video clip shows Diffine strolling around the receptionist’s office naked in front of three women. According to Kait8, he reportedly performed a sexual act directly on one of the women. The clip comes to an end once he ejaculates on her.

Documents from the medical board indicate that the woman involved was not only employed as a lab technician in Diffine’s office through another company but was also one of his patients.
The individual who submitted the videos to the board stated that all footage was recorded during business hours. They further alleged that Diffine exploited his “position of power, sexual grooming, and salary increases to manipulate employees and patients into engaging in inappropriate sexual acts.”
In the investigative records, Dr. Bradley Diner from the Arkansas Medical Foundation documented the following:
The pervasive behavior leads to concerns about a sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilia which may in fact cross boundaries with his delivery of medical care. Simply, the interaction with his office staff suggest an entanglement in his medical practice.
In September, an investigator from the Arkansas Department of Health conducted a phone interview with Diffine. During the conversation, he was made aware of the existence of video evidence documenting his behavior.
“I don‘t know anything about that at all,” Diffine replied, according to the investigative report. “I would have to see those things to have any idea what you’re talking about.”
