New Video Suggests Ahmaud Arbery May Have Been On Construction Site To Get Water
Attorney’s for the property owner of the construction site where Ahmaud Arbery was reportedly seen on surveillance video before his death, suggests that he was looking for a drink of water when he was spotted.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, who has obtained multiple videos from five different dates where the unidentified young man is seen on recorded motion sensors, operate by owner Larry English’s phone, it appeared that he was searching for water.
English’s attorney Elizabeth Graddy issued a statement Friday morning after further observation of the videos. She reveals that there were two water faucets, one located at the back of the house and one on the side.
“Although these water sources do not appear within any of the cameras’ frames, the young man moves to and from their locations,” she said.
“This video is consistent with the evidence already known to us. Ahmaud Arbery was out for a jog,” the legal team previously said in a statement. “He stopped by a propert under construction where he engaged in no illegal activity and remained for only a brief period. Ahmaud did not take anything from the construction site. He did not cause any damage to the property.”
As we reported, last week Travis and Gregory McMichael were arrested on felony criminal charges for the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery.
