The lawsuit obtained by TMZ claims when McKinney was 22, she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown. She met Combs, who allegedly asked her back to his studio there. After arriving, McKinney alleges that Combs and several others were drinking Hennessy and passing joints. She said she took a hit, which McKinney described as “very powerful,” making her feel that she was floating. The former model believes the joint was laced with a narcotic or another drug.

Additionally, McKinney states that Combs then demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where he allegedly forced himself on her, began kissing her, and shoved her head down to his crotch, demanding her to “suck it.” McKinney refused, but she claims Combs allegedly pushed her head down and forced her into oral sex. Feeling woozy and losing consciousness as she tried to walk away, McKinney recalls waking up in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. However, the lawsuit does not clarify whether she is referring to the alleged forced oral sex or another act that might have occurred when she was unconscious.

After the incident, McKinney says she was blackballed from the modeling industry, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004. She added that seeing the recent lawsuits filed by Cassie and others prompted her to speak out, feeling a moral obligation to do so.

She is seeking unspecified damages in her lawsuit.
