New Hampshire Man Arrested For Allegedly Killing Wife’s Lover & Forcing Her To Behead Him
A New Hampshire man has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife’s lover and forcing her to behead him after learning of their affair.
On September 19, 30-year-old Armando Barron, of Jaffrey, went through the phone of his wife Britany Barron, 31, and found out she was having an affair with her coworker, Jonathan Amerault, 25. Becoming enraged, he allegedly beat her, shoved a gun in her mouth, and strangled her until she passed out. Later that night, Barron allegedly used his wife’s phone to text Amerault to meet him at Annette Wayside Park in Rindge.
Upon arrival, Barron allegedly beat Amerault and demanded his wife shoot him, but she refused. The wife alleges her husband fatally shot Amerault three times in the victim’s car. After driving in separate vehicles to a campsite near Errol, Barron allegedly ordered his wife to decapitate her ex-lover so he wouldn’t be identified by dental records, she allegedly complied to that and burying his body elsewhere.

On Tuesday (Sept. 22), police discovered Amerault’s body, and in head in a separate location. On Friday, Barron was arrested and charged with capital murder in his death. Additionally, he is facing charges of domestic violence against his wife from that night. Meanwhile, Mrs. Barron was also arrested and charged with three counts of falsifying physical evidence in conjunction with Amerault’s death. The couple have since plead not guilty to the charges faced and are both being held without bond.
