Nene Leakes is finding herself in plenty of legal drama these days. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has reportedly been sued by the estranged wife of her boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, who is furious about the downfall of her marriage, which she claims was caused by Nene’s decision to share a fling with a man who was already taken. Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh made the shocking accusations in recently filed legal documents, per TMZ, asserting that the outspoken reality star was hooking up with Nyonisela while he was still married to her.

Malomine contended that she was left feeling humiliated by the many pictures Nene began posting of her beau on social media, which left her struggling with emotional distress, loss of affection, and mental anguish — and she’s hoping to receive a whopping $100k in damages. The publication further notes that the lawsuit was filed in North Carolina, which is one of seven states where a person can sue their partner’s significant other for “alienation of affection.”

This isn’t the only legal case Nene is currently finding herself in, having filed a suit of her own earlier this year against Bravo and the producers of Real Housewives, who she claims had stirred a hostile and toxic work environment during her time on the Atlanta edition of the popular TV franchise. To make matters worse, she even alleged to have been called a “white woman” by the network after showing up to a taping with blonde hair as one of many examples where she experienced racist taunts during production.

NBC Universal, Truly Original, and True Entertainment, along with three other producers, are also mentioned in the 74-page complaint, with Nene’s legal team writing that all of the aforementioned companies appeared to have tolerated the toxic work condition because there were no repercussions against those who Nene says was out of line with their uncalled for behavior.

She used Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer as an example, alleging that when fellow reality star Eboni K. Williams joined the series — and became the first-ever black housewife on that show — she was met with a racist remark from Ramona, following a quarrel between the two ladies, with the 65-year-old allegedly heard saying, “This is why we shouldn’t have Black people on the show.”

“In May 2021, Eboni K. Williams was introduced as RHONY’s first Black housewife,” Nene’s attorneys wrote in her suit. “Williams soon observed and reported racially-offensive conduct and/or statements by longtime white housewife Ramona Singer. Public reports suggest that Singer had made racially-inappropriate remarks about Black people, including stating: ‘This is why we shouldn’t have black people on the show.’”

To back up her claims, RHONY cast member Heather Thompson was said to have been present when the comment was made, and even though a complaint was made to Bravo, Ramona received no warning, nor was she ousted from the show for what she was alleged to have said to Eboni. Instead, the network signed her up to star in its spin-off series, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

“The goals are to stop racial discrimination against Black women,” the complaint continued. “Nobody wants to go to work every day as a Black woman with blonde hair, and the head of the corporation calls you a white woman. I was constantly being retaliated against, being blacklisted, not able to work, being silenced, and so, you know, it was difficult to do.”
