As we previously reported, the Minnesota Timberwolves player was booked into Wright County Jail in Minnesota back in June to serve his punishment stemming from that bizarre gun incident in Sept. 2020. Prosecutors claimed Beasley exploded on a family after they had been in his driveway — alleging the 24-year-old NBA player pointed a gun at the people and ordered them to scram. As a result, he was hit with 2 charges: felony threats of violence and felony drug possession. However, he managed to cut a deal with prosecutors months later to close out the case.

Beasley was initially sentenced to 120 days. A Wright County Jail official told TMZ that Beasley was let out after only 78 days because he “followed the rules” and behaved well while incarcerated.
