Just nine days after the Los Angeles property hit the market, ‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera‘s home, in which she lived prior to her tragic death, has now sold for $2.69M.
The New York Post reports that Rivera’s LA home has been sold for $2,695,000. The offer was made and accepted on January 15. The newly-renovated property includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and went on sale on January 6 — six months after the actress and singer’s untimely death. Rivera first purchased the home in 2018, following her divorce from ex-husband Ryan Dorsey, with whom she birthed a 5-year-old boy, Josey.

Additionally, the two-story 2,762-square-feet home sits in the Los Feliz neighborhood and was listed as a Smart Home with a Sonos sound system, designer open kitchen, French classic architecture in the living room and a newly-installed pool. The home also has a farmhouse master bath, overside patio off the master bedroom, and a convenient laundry room.
