Ryan Dorsey has expressed his feelings amid the tragic death of Naya Rivera and says he can’t imagine what life will be like raising their four-year-old son Josey.

The Daily Mail reports Ryan Dorsey is having a difficult time dealing with the sudden loss of his ex-wife, Naya Rivera, and says their son needs his mom. A source close to the actor told People Magazine that “It’s just a nightmare. Although he wasn’t with Naya, it’s Josey’s mom. Josey needs his mom.’ Rivera disappeared last Wednesday during a boat trip on Lake Piru with her son and her death was confirmed by authorities on Monday.
The source added that ‘Ryan can’t imagine raising Josey without Naya. It’s the most devastating situation.’ and has trouble sleeping at night.

Rivera’s family released a statement on Tuesday thanking fans and friends for their support:
‘We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and prayers for Naya, Josey, and our family over the past week, While we grieve the loss of our beautiful legend, we are blessed to honor her everlasting legacy and magnetic spirit. Naya was an amazing talent, but was an even greater person, mother, daughter, and sister.’
Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey filed for divorce in 2018 but reconciled their relationship shortly after.
