Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was arrested for two misdemeanors in Napa County Saturday night.

Police arrested Paul Pelosi,82, shortly before midnight and booked him for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol count of 0.08 or higher. Pelosi was later released on a $5,000 bond after spending a few hours at the local jail. A statement from Nancy Pelosi was not released and as reported by the Daily Mail, she’s currently in Rhode Island.
The couple owns a vineyard in Napa and a neighbor says Paul might have attended the Bottle Rocks festival this weekend.

Their vineyard is not open to the public but they sell the wine that’s made there. Paul is known for ranking in millions by investing his money in tech companies such as Google’s Alphabet and Apple. Last year, he also bought 20 call options for Amazon at a strike price of $3,000 and 50 call options for Apple stock for $100. Nancy and Paul have been married since 1963 and have five children together: Alexandra, Paul Jr, Jacqueline, Nancy Corinne, and Christine.

Paul’s arrest led to some criticism on Twitter due to Nancy’s role as a House Speaker. Most of the critics are MAGA supporters due to her constant opposition toward former President Donald Trump throughout his term.
