Music Producer Flow La Movie and His Family Including 4-Year-Old Son Killed in Florida-Bound Jet Crash
Nine people tragically died in a private plane crash on Wednesday on a runway in the Dominican Republic, including music producer Flow La Movie.
It was confirmed that Flow, his long-time partner, Debbie Von Marie Jiménez Garcia, 31, and their 4-year-old son Jayden Hernandez were among the passengers of the Florida-bound jet that crashed in the Dominican Republic.
According to Helidosa Aviation Group, which owns the jet, their plane went down in an emergency landing at the Las Américas International Airport in Santo Domingo. Helidosa said in a statement: “This accident causes us great pain and grief. We ask that you prudently join in solidarity to support the families affected, who along with us are going through this difficult time.”
As PEOPLE magazine notes, the other passengers have been identified as Kellyan Hernández Pena, 21, and two teenagers aged 18 and 13, whose relationship has not been publicly confirmed. Helidosa confirmed in a statement on social media that crew members, Luis Alberto Eljuri Tancredo, 47, and Emilio Herrera, 32, both Dominican residents, also perished in the crash. Also killed was Veronica Estrella, 26, who was identified as a crew member on the manifest but as a passenger by the plane’s operator, the outlet reports.
Flow, real name José Angel Hernandez, was known for his great work including the hit “Te Boté” featuring Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam and Ozuna. The song reached Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs for 14 weeks following its 2018 release.
