The victims, Laticha “Lety” Bracero, 42, and her daughter Alyssa Cordova, 21, from Chicago, Illinois, were crossing a street on Feb. 14 after the concert when they were mercilessly hit by a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Monte Henderson. The surveillance footage captured the horrific moment as the speeding vehicle ran a red light, crashing into the woman without any warning.
