This year’s Met Gala has pulled in some jaw-dropping looks from your favorite celebrities as we pick our favorites that have solidified its theme, “Garden of Time.”

1. Zendaya
Zendaya showed up with not one but TWO looks for the night. She wore a never-worn black corset dress designed by John Galliano for Givenchy. According to Vogue, the dress was made in 1996, the same year the actress was born. Her black-blue dress was designed by Galliano for Maison Margiela and styled by her long-time stylist and collaborator, Law Roach. She also served as co-chair for this year’s committee.
2. Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny was among the first attendees on the red carpet for this year’s event. Serving as co-chair, the Latin superstar donned a suit constructed by Maison Margiela and was on par for the floral-esque theme.
3. Harris Reed
Designer Harris Reed made shockwaves as he designed Demi Moore’s look for the night and his interpretation of “Garden of Time” with a corset jumpsuit and vintage-inspired artwork.
4. Tyla
Tyla made her debut at the Met Gala this year and made a statement with her look. Inspired by the sands of time, her gown and hourglass purse were designed and styled by Balmain. Creative director Olivier Rousteing explained to Vogue that he was intrigued by her request: “The idea of sculpting a garment from something as ephemeral as sand ignited my imagination, and I could not be happier with the end result.”
5. Mona Patel
Entrepreneur Mona Patel went viral on social media after she wore a stunning butterfly dress designed by Iris van Herpen and styled by Law Roach. The dress also turned heads once it was discovered that the butterflies on her arms also moved. Patel is also an investor and philanthropist with many businesses, including a venture capital firm.
6. Colman Domingo
Colman Domingo used his Met Gala look and debut to pay tribute to the late fashion icon André Leon Tally and actor Chadwick Boseman. He explained that they wore capes when they attended the Met and said his looks are always intentional when appearing on the red carpet. Domingo wore a white and black Willy Chavarria suit with diamonds and a bouquet of white flowers.
7. Anok Yai
Attending the Met Gala for the second time, supermodel Anok Yai appeared in a full bodysuit covered in Swaroski crystals. She wrote on Instagram that the garment had exactly 98,000 crystals. The ombre blue look pays homage to sleeping beauty and completes with crystal earrings, necklace, and ring.
8. Cardi B
Cardi closed out the carpet when attendees moved out of the way for her black tulle gown designed by Windowsen and styled by her long-time collaborator Kollin Karter.
