Men Arrested For Sexually Assaulting Teen On Facebook Live

Two men have been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in North Charleston, South Carolina. The assault was streamed live on Facebook.

Komo News reports North Charleston Police apprehended Tasheen A. Walker,20, and Jonah D. Fishburne,18,  Monday night on charges of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Officers reported that the victim was walking to her grandmother’s house after hanging out with her boyfriend and was approached by a group of five men. They grabbed her and took her to an abandoned home after asking her if she wanted to hang out with them. Reports say the victim had “diminished mental capacity.”

Multiple calls were made to the NCPD after several Facebook users noticed the disturbing video on Facebook Live and they arrived at the scene to meet up with the victim and her mother.

The victim identified Walker and Fishburne but said she couldn’t recognize the other three men involved in the assault. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The three other suspects are still at large due to fleeing the scene shortly after the assault.
