Cypher is her youngest child with filmmaker Julie Cypher during their relationship. The women also have a daughter together named Bailey Jean and both children were conceived via artificial insemination but the pair split in 2000. Their biological father is singer David Crosby.
Back in 2000, Etheridge said during an interview with “60 Minutes” that her children will be happy despite who their parents are.
“I do not believe that my children will be wanting in any way because they didn’t have a father in the home every single day. “What they have in the home is two loving parents. I think that puts them ahead of the game.”
