Melinda Gates Reportedly ‘Furious’ After Meeting Jeffrey Epstein, Told Bill To Disassociate
Per The Daily Beast, Melinda Gates was reportedly “furious” after meeting Jeffrey Epstein, so much that she told her husband Bill Gates to disassociate himself from the financier and 2008-convicted sex offender. It’s reported that Bill and Epstein had a relationship that dated back to 2011, and included several meet-ups from then through 2013.
It was in September 2013 when Bill and Melinda had a meeting with Epstein at his NYC townhouse and things changed. Although her reasons weren’t revealed (ie: Epstein’s past conviction or just bad vibes), sources say Melinda was “furious” after the meeting and warned her husband not to associate himself any further with Epstein. A source tells the publication, “He just was an obnoxious guy. He almost made a point of having bad manners, not paying attention at dinner. I could see how anybody, even without suspicions, would not want to be around him.”
Meanwhile, in September 2019, speaking on any ties to Epstein, Bill said, “I met him. I didn’t have any business relationship or friendship with him. I didn’t go to New Mexico or Florida or Palm Beach or any of that. There were people around him who were saying, ‘Hey, if you want to raise money for global health and get more philanthropy, he knows a lot of rich people. Every meeting where I was with him were meetings with men. I was never at any parties or anything like that. He never donated any money to anything that I know about.”
