Yup! You heard that right! As she prepares to release her third album, she is also gearing up to embark on her first-ever solo summer tour. This tour not only marks a milestone in her career but also shows how much strength she’s built over the course of the past few months amid challenges and heavy security she faced.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Megan expressed her excitement about hitting the road and reconnecting with her fans. She revealed that she hasn’t been able to fully enjoy the summer season since 2019, making this tour all the more special. With the release of her album perfectly timed for the summer, Megan is eager to provide her loyal fans, known as the “hotties,” with an unforgettable Megan Thee Stallion experience.
“Oh, we’ve having the tour this year. The Hot Girl Sumer tour is going to be 2024, summertime. I feel like I’ve never been able to be outside doing my own thing during the summer, since like 2019. So this is going to be the first time that I drop an album on time for the summer. I do want to give the hotties the Megan Thee Stallion experience.”

As many are aware, Megan has been diligently working on her third studio album, following the success of her 2022 release, Traumazine. While she has not yet announced an official release date, the anticipation is building. The rapper also opened up about the emotional toll she endured during the trial of Tory Lanez, who was convicted for shooting her in the foot. The negative backlash she faced on social media and from fellow celebrities took a toll on her mental well-being. However, Megan’s resilience and determination to persevere allowed her to rise above the hate.
“It was really rough because for the past couple years, music just seemed so negative to me,” Megan told GMA. “I just wasn’t in a good space mentally after everything that had happened to me and it just all felt like, ‘I’m tired of this. I’m tired of fighting.’ But I had to tell myself, you know what, I don’t want to give up.”
Despite the challenges she has faced, Megan’s determination to continue making music never wavered. She refused to let the negativity consume her, recognizing that giving up was not an option. The strength she found within herself allowed her to push forward and reclaim her place in the music industry.
