An Indiana mechanic says she was fired after her coworkers found her OnlyFans page and were told by her boss that she was attracting unwanted attention.
In a report by BuzzFeed, Kirsten Vaughn,24 said she was the only female trainee who was on their way to be a master technician at Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne. Her time at the dealership was put to an end in mid-February after her coworkers discovered she made amateur adult films on her OnlyFans account.

Vaughn said her co-workers started to sexually harass her after they watched the Onlyfans videos together at the workshop but she was fired by management. Her bosses blamed her making the account and bringing in unwanted attention during work hours:
“If the guys just would’ve watched their porn at home, none of this would’ve happened. But instead of looking at it like, ‘Hey, the guys are kind of creepy,’ it’s, ‘Oh well, you’re the girl that brought this to their attention, and you’re responsible.”

Vaughn recorded her meetings with Human Resource rep. Jason Johnson and general manager John Watkins about her OnlyFans account and she was told it could do harm to the business.
“If there were coworkers over there who had access to your page, that might encourage them to approach you with unwanted sexual conduct or comments”
The recordings displayed the two men essentially blaming Vaughn for creating the account and leading up to her coworker’s inappropriate behavior. Her tweet about the experience went viral earlier this week despite being fired two months ago:
