”To dismiss the employee from his request for nullity of his dismissal, the judgment, after having found that he was accused of his refusal to accept the company’s policy as well as his disagreement on the management methods of the partners and the criticism of their decision, notes that he cannot be accused of his lack of integration of the “fun and pro” value, while it appears from various documents paid weekend frequently generating excessive alcoholization of all participants, encouraged by the partners who provided very large quantities of alcohol, the aperitif culture being cited in particular in the restitution of the Cubik 2011 culture workshop, and by practices advocated by the partners linking promiscuity, bullying and incitement to various excesses and slippages.”

Mr.T’s case goes viral and some people agree that it is not require to participate in after work activities
The case sparked alot of varying opinions about workplace behavior and participating in work events. One twitter user wrote, “Massive W for us introverts, or better yet, people who just want to go home at 5.” Another one said in response, “THANK you. I don’t wanna be with them to begin with and then you’re gonna make me go to a place with MORE people I don’t want to be with? and I’m not an intovert.”
The perception is you’re not a team player if you don’t. Not everyone wants to participate in drinking with co-workers and be subject to a DUI.

I said that to one of my coworkers and they became so offended. Like why? It’s true.. I listen to your mindset, and I’d never want to be around you outside of work. She took personal offense to that, and spread the word. Exactly why we’re not friends, weirdo.
