A Texas man was arrested after he allegedly choked his girlfriend for telling him that his farts smelled horrible.
According to Fox 8, Christopher Ragsdale of Wichita Falls was arrested Sunday after he choked and headbutted his girlfriend when she told him that his farts smelled horrible. The arrest was made shortly before 2 p.m. when officers arrived at the home after receiving a report about a disturbance. Ragsdale’s girlfriend said they were at a friend’s house and sitting on the couch when he passed gas. She told him it smelled horrible which resulted in Ragsdale assaulting her.

He grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her on the ground. Afterward, he sat on her back and wrapped his arm around her neck.

After the victim alerted a friend about the assault, Rasgdale followed her into another room and headbutted her during another argument. Police charged Rasgdale with assault family violence but a bond has not been set for him.
