19-year-old Chance Seneca was arrested last summer after it was discovered he used the app to kidnap two men and one attempted kidnapping to torture them to death. Prosecutors reported one of Seneca’s victims, Holden White, was choked and his wrists were sawed down to the bone with a knife but he freaked out and stopped during the torture. Before that incident, Seneca handcuffed the then  18-year-old White and pulled a gun out on him then placed him in the bathroom.

According to TMZ, the young man allegedly planned his kidnappings so he could murder his victims and use their body parts as “trophies” or “food.” The day before White’s torture, Seneca kidnapped his second victim but it’s unclear what transpired on that day.
