A Kentucky man was arrested after he stole his neighbors’ four dogs so he could make a fur coat.

According to the Daily Mail, Jonathan Watkins,38, was arrested after a neighbor contacted 911 and told police that he stopped by to ask for a cigarette while covered in blood. When he asked Watkins about his appearance, Watkins said: ‘I’ve been skinning dogs’. At first, he didn’t believe Watkins due to his history of mental health issues until he noticed his two dogs were missing.
