Man Arrested Again After Lying About Being Handicapped To Trick Caregivers Into Changing His Diapers
A man was taken into custody for the second time for presenting as a person with special needs and hiring caretakers to change his diapers.
State Police stated, 31-year-old Rutledge Deas IV was arrested Thursday at his home after he asked someone for “alternative therapy.” Authorites said Deas texted the patient, requesting to pay them to change his diapers.

Furthermore, law enforcement announced Deas strived to have the victim recruit other babysitters to attend to him while posing as a person with special needs.
According to police reports, Deas was charged with one count of human trafficking and one count of attempted human trafficking.
Now, this is the second time Deas has been arrested for something like this, back in 2019 he was charged for “hiring babysitters who he would pay to change his diaper and treat him like a child,” according to State Police.
The charges that he faced in 2020 led him to pleading guilty to four counts of human trafficking. Which he only received probation for. Being that this is the second time social media speaking out saying, he deserves jail time. #Socialites what do you think?
