In a post on X, he exclaimed, “There’s 100 days till Election Day, so here’s a fun one: In the week since we got started, @KamalaHarris has raised $200 million dollars.” Flaherty further revealed that a remarkable 66% of these funds came from new donors, showcasing the broad appeal of Harris’ message. Additionally, the campaign has seen a surge of enthusiasm, with 170,000 fresh faces stepping up to volunteer their time and efforts. Flaherty summed it up perfectly, stating, “A people-powered campaign for a people-powered presidency!”

These impressive fundraising numbers add to the already substantial $95 million that Harris inherited from the Biden campaign. However, not everyone is thrilled about this transfer of funds.
As we previously reported, Donald Trump, never one to shy away from controversy, has already went ahead and filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission, claiming that Harris should not have been allowed to take over the funds.
