On Tuesday morning, Joseline shared an Instagram post showing herself putting in work during a boxing workout, making it clear she’s not just sober, she’s locked in. Alongside the clip, she opened up about how much this chapter of her life means to her, writing:

“3 years off that nose candy. 3 years of clear mind. 3 years of solitude. My mind is clear and the body is Strong.” Joseline continued reflecting on how close things once got and why she’s grateful to still be here:

“I thank god everyday I didn’t loose my life to the white girl. Young girls it’s not a game and it’s not worth it. Thank you guys also for those silent prayers for your fave! Me g I love y’all.”

Joseline has never shied away from telling her truth. Over the years, she’s been open about her struggles with cocaine and other substances, previously admitting that she performed under the influence for more than a decade.

In June 2023, she reached another emotional milestone during her first sober performance. At the time, Joseline told the audience it was the first concert she had done without using cocaine or pills in 12 years, a moment that hit hard for both her and her fans.

Last year, the Puerto Rican Princess and Love & Hip Hop alum also reflected on her sobriety journey while celebrating her 38th birthday. In a candid Instagram post, she wrote:

“38 times Around the Sun! I thought I would have never made it to see 35! drug free for 1 year”

She continued:

“Thriving looking like a normal woman that loves herself and that is not face by the norms.”

Joseline went on to thank the fans who have watched her evolve in real time, adding:

“been watching me bubble for 14 years! Here is to the next 50 these pics are special to me because I can show who I am without any filters and I love myself so much at this age without looking like I’m a different person every year holding on to me for dear life.”

While she’s still very much the same firecracker viewers see on The Cabaret, fans are genuinely happy to see Joseline moving in a healthier, more grounded direction. Growth doesn’t erase who you are. It just keeps you alive long enough to become better.
