Los Angeles Bans Trick Or Treating Due To COVID-19

COVID-19 already canceled every annual Halloween event in Los Angeles, and now it is being reported that Trick-or-treating is also being banned!

“Door-to-door trick-or-treating is not allowed because it can be very difficult to maintain proper social distancing on porches and at front doors especially in neighborhoods that are popular with trick or treaters,” the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health said in new guidelines. “‘Trunk-or-treating’ events where children go from car to car instead of door to door to receive treats are also not allowed.”

However, despite this kids are permitted to participate in online parties and events for Halloween. There can be vehicle parades, Halloween movie nights at drive-in theaters; and home decor parades.

As we reported, Universal and Knotts Berry Farm already canceled their annual Halloween events.

Since Monday afternoon, there have been over 746,327 Coronavirus cases and 13,843 deaths.

At this point, we can skip the rest of the year and head over to Fall 2021, please.
