According to TMZ,  Lori Harvey appeared before a judge after accepting the deal with prosecutors and pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. Instead of serving jail time, Harvey was sentenced to two years of probation.

Back in January, prosecutors charged Lori with two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and one count of a hit and run resulting in property damage. The charges came three months after she slammed her Mercedes G Wagon into another car and attempted to flee the scene. Before the crash, Harvey was seen texting and driving.
