Livestream Catches NASCAR Driver Kyle Larson Using The N-Word During A Virtual Race
NASCAR star Kyle Larson is under fire after he was caught using a racial slur on a live stream during a virtual race.
This happened Sunday while Larson was competing in an iRacing event that night. At some point in the game, he appeared to lose communication on his headset with his spotter. While trying to check his microphone, he said, “You can’t hear me?” Larson said during the Livestream. “Hey, n—–,” he added.
“Hey Kyle, you’re talking to everyone, bud,” fellow NASCAR driver Anthony Alfredo responded, amid the yells of “Yikes,” “Oh my gosh,” and “No way did that just happen.” Welp, it sure did happen and since the main race was broadcast live on several Twitch streams and eNASCAR.com, Larson’s slur made its rounds on social media where it upset many users.

It is unclear as of Monday morning what fallout there could be for Larson over this situation. In the meantime, check out how some people reacted to this below:

So, Kyle Larson drops the N word, jokingly, on a livestream iRacing event and everyone loses their minds. Inappropriate? Yes. Career ending? Absolutely not. Grow up people. #NASCAR #iRacing #KyleLarson

A NASCAR driver saying the n word in 2020 doesn't surprise me, but the guy who said it does. I'm not a Kyle Larson fan anymore.
Fuck you @KyleLarsonRacin you racist shitbag. Fuck. You. https://t.co/KWHzRzLybz

There is absolutely no defending Kyle Larson saying the N word. There’s none. There are no circumstances that warrant him saying that.

My Easter Sunday
– Went to mom's house for Easter lunch.
– Went to 7-Eleven to buy face masks.
– Commentated an iRacing IndyCar race.
– Heard Kyle Larson say the N word.
– Eating Taco Bell while editing videos.I'd say today was eventful.
