Presley says her ex-husband Michael Lockwood refuses to officially divorce five years after she filed the paperwork in June 2016. According to TMZ, the relationship is beyond repair and  Presley is requesting a bifurcation, meaning removing marital status other than issues stemming from divorce. On the bright side, Prestley doesn’t have to worry about paying spousal support due to the post-nuptial agreement that was signed in 2007.

She wants the judge to grant the request immediately so she can move forward to the next step in her life.
