Lil Pump and internet streamer Vitaly Zdorovetskiy are facing accusations of assault and battery in a surprising new lawsuit, according to an exclusive report by In Touch.

Court documents obtained by the news outlet reveal that Edwin Valenzuela has filed a lawsuit against internet personality Vitaly, rapper Lil Pump, fighter Colby Covington, and several others. In the lawsuit, Edwin stated that Vitaly was hired by a streaming company to create a 10-episode series called Catching Predators. This show is a parody of the early 2000s NBC series To Catch a Predator, which was hosted by Chris Hansen. In the lawsuit, Edwin stated that Vitaly’s show had no “law enforcement” present.

“Rather, than turn to the alleged predators over to law enforcement, Vitaly, and his associates beat, harass, torture, terrorize, defame and humiliate the alleged predators on a livestream,” the suit alleged. He said Vitaly is being sued by a California man “who claims, similarly” to him “to have been wrongfully accused of being a pedophile and physically abused during one of these episodes.”

On August 12, Edwin recounted an unsettling experience where Vitaly was accompanied by Lil Pump, 24, and Colby, 36, for a live episode of Catching Predators. He described how the three of them subjected him to intimidation and distress.

As an Uber driver, Edwin shared that two young men approached him seeking a ride.

During their journey, the pair casually chatted with him and even used his phone to play some of Lil Pump’s tracks. They went on to ask if he’d be interested in making some extra cash by helping out with a boat cleaning task.

After driving them around, Edwin exchanged contact information with them and eventually dropped them off. Later, he received a call about their proposal regarding the boat cleaning.

Edwin claimed that he was suddenly confronted by Vitaly, Lil Pump, and Colby, who read fabricated messages that falsely implicated him in inappropriate conversations with minors.

He asserted that he doesn’t understand English and was completely bewildered by the situation, noting that Vitaly had to ask Lil Pump to communicate with him in Spanish.

According to Edwin, a lawyer also pressured him to sign a release form.

In his lawsuit, he stated that after being falsely labeled as a child predator, he endured a series of humiliating and violent incidents. He detailed how Lil Pump struck him in the head, causing him to fall, and then proceeded to kick him in the head “like a soccer ball.”

Furthermore, he alleged that the rapper cut his hair, slapped him in the face with a condom, and even attempted to force the condom onto his ear and make him eat it.

Edwin alleged that the group accused him of being a predator and warned him of escalating violence if he refused to consume the condom. He claimed they even threatened to feed him to alligators. Additionally, he stated that Lil Pump forcibly took his gold chains and refused to return them.

“Throughout the ordeal, Plaintiff was bombarded by verbal abuse, including racial slurs, accusations of illegal status, and threats of deportation, with multiple Defendants screaming in his face, all while being urged by an attorney to sign a release for a ‘gameshow,’” the suit read.
