Dirty Tay, who’s signed to Lil Baby’s 4PF label, has been taken into custody after being accused of shooting a 3-year-old in the head in Atlanta.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Dirty Tay was apprehended during a traffic stop on Friday. Authorities say the 3-year-old and his father were leaving a barbershop when a car began following them. The vehicle eventually pulled up to the side of them and someone inside the car started letting off multiple shots. The toddler was rushed to a local hospital and the bullet was reportedly removed from his head. The toddler was said to have survived the assault, but his current health status remains unknown.

Dirty Tay claimed his innocence with a post on his Instagram story saying, “I’m innocent, the news is not always right don’t bash me because of allegations.” he wrote.
