Oop! #Socialites, do you agree with LightSkinKeisha? She’s now slamming people who are always outside and wanting a free meal or wanting to split bills after ordering up the whole menu. The rapper says, “It’s giving ghetto.”
While on her and her boyfriend Coco Vango’s podcast ‘The Boldface Truth‘, LightSkinKeisha had to remind people how to act in public when dining with several people in a group. She slammed those who always want free meals, or to split bills in a big group.
LSK said, “Table etiquette is really important. I’m sorry, but I do not like going out to eat with a group of people who act like they cannot pick up a damn check. I don’t like that. If everybody done sat here also? Y’all need to stop being delusional. If it’s 20 of y’all, y’all need to understand that it is 2023. A lot of these restaurants are not about to sit there and separate these checks by 20 checks. They’re not finna do it. It’s ghetto, it’s giving ghetto.”
The rapper continued, “If its 20 of y’all, and y’all go into a restaurant, I’m pretty sure that y’all gonna get shareables, appetizers, everybody’s going to be digging in, eating everybody’s gonna have their own entree. People are going to be ordering drinks. At the end of the day, when the check comes baby just put your card down there. There should not be no conversation about it, put your card down if you sat there and ate, and you shared these shareables, and all that other stuff or whatever. Put your card down.”
LSK, added, “What I don’t like is, especially, when people sit back and act as if somebody’s supposed to pay for the check for them and they don’t even budge for their bag or their wallet to even act like they’re going to pay for anything. I don’t like that, because you know what that’s gonna prompt me to do the next time? I’m gonna start coming in early. I mean I’m ordering earlier and I’m gonna tell the bartender or the waitress, ‘Put my sh*t on my tab. I’m separate from them. I don’t know them. When you bring out my food..’ Uh huh, yeah. ‘Cause I done did it before.”

The rapper said she already know what it was about to be like and mimicked how people react when they find out she’s going to the group outing. She said, “People be like, ‘Oh, Keisha about to be here. So, I know she finna pick up the check.’ ‘Cause I’m always picking up a check.’ Or [they’ll say], ‘Keisha here, so I know finna go crazy.’ Uhh? No you’re not, baby. You’re finna get a rude awakening, ’cause guess what? I done already told my homegirl over here who’s taking care of me to go ahead and separate my check, because y’all think y’all slick.
LSK said that type of activity is “wack,” adding, “When you continue to do this? I’m not f**king with that. When you continue to invite me out, just so you can get a free meal .. absolutely the f**k not. Like you need to speak up if you don’t have no money. First of all, I don’t think you should be going outside anywhere and you don’t have no money. Why is you over here ordering the ribeye? If you don’t have no money, you need to take it to the Mickey D’s.”
The rapper continued to call out people and specific instances that she has encountered of people wanting to split bills in large groups. She continued to say that people don’t have ample funds, should “stay inside,” further adding, “It’s giving ghetto.”
