‘L&HH’ Star Moniece Slaughter Hit With Restraining Order After Two Partygoers Claim She Attacked Them At Cardi B’s Birthday Party
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, two partygoers just got restraining orders against Moniece Slaughter after they claim she attacked them at Cardi B’s birthday party.
As it was previously reported, Moniece was accused of [allegedly] throwing punches and drinks at guests back in October. Slaughter’s attorney, Joseph Adeife, initially denied these claims, telling TMZ “The allegations made against Ms. Slaughter are completely baseless and false. Temporary restraining orders are issued as a form of protection before the court can hear an individual’s case.
We also exclusively spoke to Moniece who responded via text messages refuting these claims, “I didn’t attack anyone, WTF, didn’t even argue with a single woman not one. I argued with my ex N****… Nothing happened what the hell.”
However, Moniece’s accusers claimed in court that she was using her celebrity to harass them and smear their names with false allegations, and a judge signed off on a temporary restraining order.
The order has been granted for 2 years and it requires Moniece to keep at least 100 yards away from her alleged victims. It also bars her from contacting or harassing them.
Moniece has not yet responded to reports about these restraining orders that have been placed against her. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this in the comment box below!
