The situation unfolded at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, where Foxx was dining with family, including his daughters. Someone from a private VIP party upstairs directed the images of a penis at the actor’s table. According to TMZ, Foxx was upset due to the presence of his children and went upstairs to confront the group, asking them to stop. Sources indicated that the individual behind the stunt is reportedly affiliated with Dickhouse Productions, the company responsible for the Jackass franchise.

Additionally, sources noted that none of the main stars of the MTV series, such as Johnny Knoxville, were present during the confrontation, which involved crew members celebrating a holiday party. A guest at Foxx’s dinner mentioned that the group initially sent him a drink, which he declined. The situation escalated when Foxx reportedly exclaimed, “In front of my daughters?” after addressing the group. This exchange led to a physical altercation, during which someone allegedly threw a glass at Foxx, striking him in the face. The glass shattered upon impact, leaving Foxx with a cut near his mouth.
