Blueface faces more legal trouble as he remains in a Los Angeles jail cell. A judge in Las Vegas has issued a bench warrant for his arrest due to an alleged probation violation. Blueface is currently on probation in Nevada as part of a plea deal for his involvement in a strip club shooting case in Vegas.

In the previous case, Blueface received a suspended sentence and was placed on three years of probation. However, violating the terms of his probation could result in a prison sentence of two to five years. The exact nature of the probation violation in Vegas is unclear, but Blueface’s attorney has mentioned that prosecutors may focus on cell phone footage from a performance in Utah. The footage allegedly shows Blueface bringing a woman on stage and instructing his fiancée to attack her.
While Blueface is currently in custody at Men’s Central Jail in L.A. for a separate probation violation related to an assault case, law enforcement should have no trouble locating him. Once released in July, he may be transferred to Nevada to serve additional time behind bars, according to TMZ.

Blueface’s lawyer has stated that he is cooperating with law enforcement and intends to turn himself into Nevada authorities after serving his time in California. The Las Vegas judge has previously warned him about the consequences of probation violations, indicating that she would not hesitate to send him to prison. If things do not work out in his favor, Blueface may be away from home for an extended period.
“If you get caught doing that, you get brought back here on any kind of probation violation especially anything involving weapon, I will not hesitate to put you in prison for significant period of time,” Delaney said. “You are playing with your liberty, your life obviously. But you’re playing with your liberty if you’re going to have guns and do anything that’s going to violate your probation in that regard.”
