Kylie Jenner ‘Settles’ Lingerie Lawsuit After Company Accused her Of ripping Off Designs
Looks like Kylie Jenner has one less thing to worry about. As it was previously reported, the beauty mogul was being sued by a lingerie company who accused her of “cashing in” on their products and demanded she hand over all the profits made from her underwear line.

Klauber Brothers Inc. filed the suit back in January and accused Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner of jacking its “copyrighted” lace pattern designs for ”Kendall + Kylie line.” As the Mirror UK notes, the products were being sold at Nordstrom and on Kylie’s online store Kylie Shop but were later scrubbed.
Kendall and Kylie filed their response months later, denying all allegations of wrongdoing: “Defendants deny any copying, deny substantial similarity and deny that they have engaged in any copyright infringement, either directly or vicariously. Defendants otherwise lack knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief about the truth of the allegations and, on that basis, deny them.” The Blast noted that the girls even accused the company of not having valid copyrights to even bring the lawsuit, which is why they asked the court to dismiss all claims against them.
Despite all of that, new court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that Klauber Brothers have now decided to do just that. The documents stated: “Plaintiff Klauber Brothers, Inc. has reached a settlement agreement as to the claims against Defendants The Kylie Shop, Inc. and Kylie Jenner, Inc.”
However, the settlement notes the lawsuit will still be moving forward against the other defendants involved. It was said Kylie was able to come up with a deal days before having to attend mediation in the matter.
