Kylie Jenner Drops $36.5 Million On Stunning Hollywood Hills Mansion
Kylie Jenner continues to expand her empire as she has just purchased a massive, new estate in one of the best areas of L.A for $36.5 million!
That’s right! According to TMZ, Kylie – who has topped Forbes’ list of youngest self-made billionaires for the past two years — just copped a 15,350 square feet home and it’s billed as a resort compound.
The news site notes that it’s a single-story, modern compound with a dedicated guardhouse. Not only does the home have a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars and game rooms, it also reportedly has a gym and a championship-level sports court with pickleball/basketball.
That’s not all y’all! the big mansion also has 2 guest apartments. TMZ notes that the house was listed at $45 mil but the young boss negotiated it down. Kylie has a good connection with seller since he’s the one who sold her land in the Palm Springs area, so it looks like that helped with her latest purchase.
