For years Kylie Jenner has denied going under the knife but it wasn’t until recently that she finally admitted to getting some work done.
The beauty mogul previously revealed that she got her breasts done, something that she now regrets. “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false. I’ve only gotten fillers,” Kylie said in an episode of The Kardashians. “I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing.” She added, “I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
As Kylie continues to be open and honest with her fans, she also continues to shut down any speculation that she had work done to her face. While speaking with Jennifer Lawrence for Interview Magazine, Kylie says “It is amazing what makeup can do.” As the two went on to talk about the amazing work done by their makeup artists, Kylie went on to admit, “I did end up getting lip fillers, but it’s also the same with me. I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 years old versus 26 and my eyebrows are filled differently. I have contour on. I’m like, ‘How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I’ve gotten my jaw shaved and eyelids removed?’ I’m like, ‘What are we talking about?'”
The mom of two has previously shared that she would be devastated if her daughter went down the cosmetic surgery route when she gets older.
“I have a daughter too. I’d be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,” she shared. “She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her, and like I wish I could be her, do it all differently. I wouldn’t touch anything.”

Kylie Jenner isn’t the only member of the Kar/Jenner family to go under the knife. In 2021, sister Khloe Kardashian revealed that she had a nose job last June because she was getting accusations that she had a “face transplant.”
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ But I’ve had one nose job, [with] Dr. Raj Kanodia,” she explained. “Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it?” She added, “I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian also confessed to getting Botox in her neck in an episode on the third season of The Kardashians. She revealed that little detail about herself while trying to record an album with her family. Kim said at the time, “I’m using muscles in the neck. Half of mine are probably Botoxed so I can’t.”
In 2011, Kourtney Kardashian said she regretted getting breast implants when she was 22. “I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it.” It’s unclear if Kendall Jenner went under the knife but she’s been praised as the sister who’s stated “natural.”
