As we previously reported, the teen was acquitted of murder last week after shooting and killing two people in Kenosha, Wis., during civil unrest there last year. He told Carlson, “I’m not a racist person. I support the BLM movement.”
“I support peacefully demonstrating,” the teen explained. “I believe there needs to be change. I believe there’s a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my case but in other cases. It’s just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of someone.”

The jury on Friday found Rittenhouse not guilty of all five counts he faced, including intentional homicide, after defense attorneys argued Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when he killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26. Several protests have broken out in cities nationwide following the verdict.
