Dang! Kroy Biermann was caught on police body camera dropping a dime on his then-estranged wife Kim Zolciak. He told officers that she’s illegally gambled away about $1.5 million throughout their 11-year marriage.

In the latest part of their divorce saga, police body cam footage has surfaced showing Biermann outing his estranged wife’s alleged gambling habit. In early May, we first learned that Zolciak had filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage, and four kids later.
The news of the divorce filing came on the same day that Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 37, were accused of owing the IRS $1.1 million in back taxes, with a reported lien placed on them as well. Since the filing, the couple was caught throwing jabs at each other with Biermann calling out Zolciak for assault, “being a bad mom,” and gambling away the family’s money. Meanwhile, Zolciak and her lawyers fired back at Biermann, claiming he’s emotionally and mentally abusive.
Two months after filing for divorce, we then learned that Zolciak and Biermann called off their divorce. Just a few days ago, after all the back-and-forth and mud-slinging, the couple decided to reunite after being spotted taking their kids to church on Sunday (July 2). The good Lord must have helped them figure things out.
While things appear to be calm in the Zolciak-Biermann household, the internet is turning things back up with newly-surfaced surveillance footage from one of the many times that police responded to a call to the couple’s Milton, GA home. In one of the clips to hit the internet, Biermann is seen verbally dragging Zolciak while speaking with officers; after she alleged he locked up her designer bags and passport in the basement safe.
The former NFL linebacker called the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ alum a “narcissist to the extreme level,” and a “compulsive behavior addict,” who “decimated” his life savings, by illegally gambling away their money.
In the video, which took place days before Zolciak filed for divorce, Biermann said in a low voice, “It’s probably been going on for pretty much our entire marriage and it’s gotten significantly worse. In the last two-and-a-half years, she’s gambled away about $700,000 — just in the last two-and-a-half years. The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars — and she does it online, illegally. So, that’s a major process I’ve been dealing with. And the process with the divorce, I’ve just obtained a lawyer today, I have to go pay them tomorrow. And then she’s probably going to be served in the next few days.”
Being that officers were there because Zolciak alleged Biermann locked up her designer bags and passport in the basement safe, he stood in a somewhat bare closet, looked around and told them, “The problem is these are the assets, there are no assets to go to an apartment. She has decimated everything.”
