Divorce can be a challenging and emotional process for any couple, especially when there are children involved. However, when things get so bad, it looks like the only way is out.
Kim Zolciak and Kory Biermann have been at odds these last couple of months. As we previously reported, the former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars filed for divorce from each other in May after 11 years of marriage. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 44, listed April 30 as the date of separation between her and the former NFL star. Meanwhile, in Kroy’s filing he listed, “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
However, in July, it appeared that they were trying their hardest to work things out and called off their divorce in July. A source told PEOPLE at the time, “They’re getting along and calling off the divorce. They’re trying to make it work for the kids.” While it seemed like a great thing, that all went out the window as Kroy filed for divorce again!

However, it looks like he sticking by his decision to officially call it quits.
Kim has yet to respond with any court documents of her own. However, now that Kroy’s lawyer has made this statement, Kim might want to look think twice about her next move.
Kim and husband Kroy Biermann, are parents of sons Kroy Jr., Kash and Kane and daughter Kaia. The former NFL player also adopted her daughters, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann, from previous relationships in July 2013.
