Kris Jenner has been accused of groping and sexually harassing an ex-bodyguard according to a lawsuit filed against the momager.

As reported by The Blast, the sexual harassment suit states the former bodyguard was a victim of a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct” while working for Kris Jenner and started working for her in May 2017. The documentation also describes the victim as an African-American male who experienced a hostile work environment, racism, and gender discrimination who was assigned to provide security for Jenner and her daughter, Kourtney Kardashian.
Kourtney was also listed as a defendant in the suit and says during his time with Jenner, he “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with Plaintiff of an inappropriate and sexual nature.” There were also inappropriate comments made during his tenure with the Kardashian family.
“[Comments] directed at Plaintiff of an overt sexual nature, comments directed at Plaintiff’s physical appearance, comments inquiring as to Plaintiff’s sexual activities, comments suggesting that Plaintiff engage in a romantic and sexual relationship, and comments concerning the physical appearance and sexual activities of other employees.”

The bodyguard was hired from a private security company in Calabasas and said his chain of command allowed Kris Jenner and his supervisor to be his superiors at the time and said he reported the harassment to HR but no action was taken. He says he has faced retaliation for reporting Jenner’s behavior and was fired on September 12, 2018, but instantly filed a claim with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in regards to the incident.
He is also seeking compensation for “experiencing severe and permanent pain and suffering and a severe shock and injury to the nervous system,” after his experience with the Kardashian family but the amount in damages is currently unclear.
Jenner has denied all accusations.
