The former bodyguard filed a lawsuit last year against Kris Jenner stating that the mogul groped him along with making racist and sexual comments while he worked for the family in 2017 and 2018.  Kourtney Kardashian was also listed during the lawsuit but Jenner’s attorney Michael Rhodes told the Daily Mail in an exclusive that she has continued to reject the “baseless claims.”

‘This lawsuit, filed back in September, has yet to be served on Ms. Jenner and involves events alleged to have occurred more than two years ago. The allegations are not only wrong and scandalous but seem designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement. This will not happen. Rather, Ms. Jenner fully intends to seek vindication at trial, armed with evidence that will show the falsity of the claims being made. Following that, Ms. Jenner will pursue all of her available legal remedies to protect her good name and reputation and to hold those who brought this suit accountable.’

The mother-daughter duo did not appear in court for Wednesday’s hearing and McWilliams’ lawyer Elisheva Rafael is planning to file another complaint in regards to the other two allegations against Jenner. McWilliams also stated in the lawsuit after his termination that he faced more ‘harassment, intimidation and otherwise threatening misconduct in an effort to dissuade or prevent (him) from bringing any form of action against defendants for their unlawful misconduct.’
