Kourtney Kardashian And Scott Disick Tease Baby #4 In New KUWTK Trailer
The trailer for season 19 of “Keeping Up The Kardashians” just dropped and like always, there’s a whole lot of drama. From Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson rekindling their relationship to the family tackling the pandemic, it looks like there’s a lot in store.

In the promo clip we also see the family addressing the reoccurring Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick pregnancy rumors. You can hear someone ask the mom-of-three if she’s pregnant again but the clip ends before we get an answer.
Now, sources have previously said that Kourtney and Scott are NOT planning on getting back together even despite being spotted out on vacation and ending his relationship with Sofia Richie. However, after this promo aired, fans seem to think otherwise.
