Kodak Black’s Security Guard Reportedly Shot In Tallahassee
A shooting broke out early Monday morning in the parking lot of a Tallahassee McDonald’s, leaving one injured.
According to Tallahassee Democrat, a security guard for rapper Kodak Black was the one who was shot by individuals in a car, who police say were following him and his entourage before opening fire.

Kodak was in Tallahassee as the headliner at the Cultur3Fest. It was said that his entourage was leaving Baja’s Beach Club on Pensacola Street when they were followed by several vehicles who attempted to cut them off, according to preliminary incident reports by the Tallassee Police Department. TPD Spokeswoman Alicia Turner confirmed that one person was seriously injured but could not provide additional details. The guard was reportedly shot in the leg, according to the site, and taken to a Tallahassee hospital, while Black was rushed away in another armored vehicle.
As of this Monday, the security guard was undergoing surgery after being shot in the femoral artery in his leg and losing a large amount of blood, the site reports.
